Delivery
Our delivery charge represents the cost of Postage PLUS some of the cost of packaging.
In the event of a delay in delivery we will not normally post another item until those 15 working days have elapsed and we can claim from Royal Mail. By requesting and accepting a replacement or refund from us you are agreeing to complete the Royal Mail's questionnaire, or respond to any other reasonable enquiries they make. If you are not happy with these conditions please do not buy or bid.
Despatch and Delivery
On receipt of cleared payment we aim to despatch your order as soon as is practically possible, but in all cases within 3 working days. If we are not able to achieve this we will contact you to explain why. We use Royal Mail for over 90% of our deliveries. We can tell you when we despatch, but not when they will deliver. Their aim, with 1st Class Post, is to deliver within 1 day.
You may request a delivery address which may be at home, at work, or at a neighbour's or relative's. When paying by card, for security reasons, we do undertake checks to ensure that the person ordering is the cardholder.
Lost Post - Royal Mail deem an item to be LOST only after 15 Working Days. I cannot make enquiries about your post from your local delivery office - only you can. Postmen sometimes forget to leave a 'non-delivery' card, so it is always best to check with your delivery office before contacting me.

Payment
We will accept payment by credit/charge card and PayPal, through the PayPal payment system. Goods will only be despatched when we have received and cleared your payment. Should your order include anything out of stock on the despatch date, you will have the choice of a refund or a credit note. If we cannot contact you to advise of a shortage, we will send all items which are available.
Our Guarantee
Our constant aim is to supply you with products of the highest standard. If any product fails to please you, contact us IMMEDIATELY. We reserve the right to require the return of the unused product, for testing etc.
Cancellation of Orders
You may cancel your order at any time up to the closing time for acceptance of orders. We will refund any payment you have made, but reserve the right to make a charge of 5% to cover the costs incurred by us in handling your payment/credit.
Personal Information
We do not and will not pass on any details about you to any person not directly employed by us, unless required to do so by law. The exception is when we take steps to confirm security of a Credit/Charge Card transaction. Delivery information will be disclosed to a delivery or courier service, including contact telephone details.

We sincerely hope that you never have cause to complain about our service or products.
